- 7:00PM – 11:00PM Welcome at the Hospitality room
- 7:00PM – 8:00PM Presentation of New Coins to first timers
- 7:00PM – 11:00PM Evening mixer, instructions, orientation and presentations
- Thursday, August 7th
- 6:00AM – 7:30AM Breakfast on your own
- 7:30AM – 8:00AM Load busses for Camp Pendleton
- 9:00AM – 3:30PM Camp Pendleton Tour/Visit
- 4:00PM Buses leave and return to hotel & Dinner on your own
- 5:00PM – 11:00PM Hospitality Room & Pool Open
- Friday, August 8th
- 6:00AM – 7:30AM Breakfast on your own
- 7:30AM – 8:00AM Load buses for MCRD
- 8:00AM – 12:00AM MCRD Recruit Graduation Ceremonies
- 12:00PM – 1:30PM Buffet Lunch at the Bay View Restaurant
- 1:30PM- 2:00PM Buses return to the hotel
